(2) Each sliding surface, three bars, gears, rack and pinion without grease and dirt. 


(3) The ground around the machine tool is often kept clean and free of water, chip debris and oil. 


3、Lubrication 


(1) familiar with the lubrication table, on time, according to the quality and quantity of oil and oil change, and keep the oil mark eye-catching. 


(2) The oil tank, oil pool and cooling box should be clean and free of iron filings. 


(3) Oil tanks, oil guns, oil holes, oil cups, oil pipes and linoleum should be kept intact and clean.
