2. Daily maintenance of CNC lathe  

1. Clean and lubricate each guide surface every day, and machine tools with automatic lubrication system should regularly check and clean the automatic lubrication system, check the oil quantity, add lubricating oil in time, and check whether the oil pump starts oiling and stops regularly.

2、Check daily whether the spindle box automatic lubrication system is working normally and replace the spindle box lubricant regularly.

3, pay attention to check whether the cooling fan in the electrical cabinet is working normally, the air duct filter is not blocked, clean the dust attached.

4、Pay attention to check the cooling system, check the height of the liquid level, add oil or water in a timely manner, and replace and clean the oil and water when they are dirty.

5、Notice to check the spindle drive belt, adjust the tightness. 

6, pay attention to check the tightness of the guideway inserts, adjust the gap.

7, pay attention to check the machine tool hydraulic system oil tank oil pump for abnormal noise, the working oil level is the right height, the pressure gauge indication is normal, the pipeline and the joints have no leakage.
